Our Founder
John Baker
The Founder and CEO of C6 Sports & Entertainment, a full-service agency dedicated to empowering athletes to take control of their careers on and off the field. In October 2025, John became a certified NFL Agent, marking a major milestone in his mission to represent players with integrity, guidance, and long-term vision.
A proud U.S. Army veteran, John served four years (2011-2105) and completed two tours in Afghanistan before transitioning into a career in sports. His experience as a Human Resources Specialist instilled in him a deep commitment to service—one that he now carries into his work with athletes, helping them maximize their opportunities and quality of life just as he did for soldiers under his care.
After his military service, John earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Houston (2017) and later completed his Master’s in Education with a focus in Sports Administration from the University of Miami (2020). He went on to coach high school football at Corsicana High School, where he mentored and developed running backs from 2020 to 2022, combining his love for the game with his passion for leadership.
Now based in Dallas, Texas, John leads C6 Sports & Entertainment alongside his wife—whom he met at the University of Houston—and their two children, Josiah and McKenzie.
Driven by the same principles that guided him in the Army—service, integrity, and commitment—John’s goal as an agent is simple: to equip players with the knowledge, resources, and representation they need to thrive in every stage of their careers while building lifelong relationships rooted in trust and purpose.
